Our Program

Clients aged 12 and over are taught the basics of boxing including stance, footwork, punching combinations, and how to use boxing equipment such as pads & bags properly. We practice and perfect a wide range of boxing drills (no sparring), various body-weight and strength conditioning exercises, and work on cardiovascular & flexibility-related activities that will measurably improve your overall physical conditioning and mental focus. All sessions are one-on-one with the coach (unless a couples session is purchased) and are non-contact.  Below is our pricing and packages offered. We accept CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal or cash on-site.

Our Pricing

Individual rates are $30 per 45 minute session. 

Couples rates are $50 per 45 minute session
